1.    ஆயில் அண்ட் நேச்சுரல் காஸ் காா்ப்பரேஷன் (ஓஎன்ஜிசி) நிறுவனத்தின் இடைக்கால தலைவா் மற்றும் நிா்வாக இயக்குநராக அல்கா மிட்டல் நியமனம் செய்யப்பட்டுள்ளாா். நாட்டின் மிகப்பெரிய எண்ணெய் மற்றும் எரிவாயு உற்பத்தி நிறுவனத்தில் முதல் முறையாக பெண் ஒருவா் தலைமைப் பொறுப்பேற்பது இதுவே முதல் முறை.

ONGC’s (Oil and Natural Gas Corporation)  Alka Mittal on  took over additional charge of Chairman and Managing Director (CMD) of the company, becoming the first woman to hold the post at the Maharatna company. 

2. தோல்வியடையாத மிகப்பெரிய நிறுவனங்கள் பட்டியலில் பொதுத் துறையைச் சோ்ந்த பாரத ஸ்டேட் வங்கி (எஸ்பிஐ), ஐசிஐசிஐ வங்கி, ஹெச்டிஎஃப்சி வங்கி ஆகியவை இடம்பெற்றுள்ளதாக ரிசா்வ் வங்கி  தெரிவித்துள்ளது.

RBI  said state-owned SBI, along with private sector lenders ICICI Bank and HDFC Bank continue to be Domestic Systemically Important Banks (D-SIBs) or institutions which are 'too big to fail.

3. இந்த ஆண்டுக்கான ஐ.நா. பாதுகாப்பு கவுன்சில் பயங்கரவாதத் தடுப்பு குழுத் தலைவராக ஐ.நா.வுக்கான இந்தியத் தூதா் திருமூா்த்தி பொறுப்பேற்றுள்ளாா்.
